Florida Command Homes is owned by Lieutenant Colonel (Retired) Steve Aki who currently works as a real estate agent for Palm Life Realty and specializes in working with US military personnel and veterans. He is also an investor who buys, sells, rents and offers property management services. The combination of experience between the two of them allows them to meet all of your property buying and selling needs from Tampa, St. Petersburg, Bradenton and as far south as Sarasota.
From Soldier to Service Provider
Steve retired from the US Army in 2015 after 30+ years of service. After a few years as a certified Project Management Professional, post-retirement, he decided it was time for a change. Real estate was the perfect fit that gave him the opportunity to do what he did best, help people and solve problems. As an active real estate investor and member of several Real Estate Investment Associations (REIA), he has the knowledge, experience and connections to help clients across a broad spectrum of needs.
As the former President of the Pinellas Chapter of Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (non-profit), Steve understands the importance of giving back to the community and to those who serve and served. There is no greater honor than helping those that defend the freedoms of our country and working with our first responders to fulfill their housing needs.
